Does running at the track sound scary? To many individuals, running on the track is only for fast runners. But what if we told you that the track can be a place that has the potential to bring laughter and a greater fitness level all at the same time? We firmly believe that anyone, absolutely anyone can walk, jog or run at the track and enjoy the community of individuals there at the track. Come out to the track on the first Tuesday in June (June 6th) and give us a try! Regardless of your fitness level, we will provide a workout that will begin at your level and move forward from there. Please remember that if you have questions about your ability to exercise, a visit with your doctor to assess your fitness abilities will most likely decrease that concern. Our team of coaches and advisers have been working with walkers, joggers and runners for over twenty years, so we have a few ideas to make this adventure fun. Also remember that the proper footwear will enhance your track experience. Our advisers will gladly provide the necessary information to get you into the proper shoes. More specific information about the track workouts will be provided at our group sessions. Thank you and we hope to see you very soon at the track.
