Fleet Feet Sports 5k/10k Training
Fleet Feet's Personal Best Program is designed to prepare you for 5k to 10k race distances. We'll help you run your best, regardless of what your current ability is. Our training will include components of pacing workouts, interval training, and endurance training to help you run your personal best! We will also be teaching proper running form to help reduce injuries and to become more efficient runners. This program will start July 25. We will meet Tuesday's at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m. Our goal races will be the Hop Dash 5k.
