No Boundaries Begin To Run Program
Our No Boundaries Begin To Run Program will help you finish a 5K race! There is no experience required to join this program and people with no running background are encouraged to join. The program starts July 25 and we will meet twice a week and train for the Hop Dash 5k on October 7. Our comprehensive program will include education on proper running form, hydration, nutrition, and a supportive group to help you complete a 5K. Our program includes a free tech t-shirt, unlimited access to experienced coaches, exclusive discounts at Fleet Feet Sports.
