Fleet Feet Summer Trail Running Group

This 12 week series focuses on learning some of the basics of trail running. We will be covering some of the different aspects of running off-road such as techniques for ascending, descending, navigating tech trails and "power hiking" plus a few tricks of the trail running game from personal experiences of many hours spent on the trails. Our trail running program will guide inexperienced as well as experienced trail runners to complete the Psycho Psummer 10 mile race in July; this race also has 2 other options of a 20 miler or a 50K. Included in this program is a weekly training plan, coached runs, educational clinics and demo runs, yummy goodies and a store coupon book. Our group runs will be on Tuesday evening at 6 pm at Lake Springfield and Saturday mornings will be at 7 am with various locations on local trails. Come out and join us for some fun running at our local trails.
