In consideration for allowing me to participate in the Fleet Feet Sports group runs and walks and related activities, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, forever waive, release and discharge Fleet Feet Sports PDX, Run Cascades LLC, and the coaches and volunteer walk and run leaders and any sponsors and any other persons associated with the walks from any and all rights, demands, claims, injury, illness or damages that I may suffer as a result of participation in their walks or runs and any other activities. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in these walks or runs, that I freely assume those risks as incident to participation, and that I will assume and pay my own medical and emergency expenses in the event of an accident, illness or other incapacity, regardless of whether I have authorized such expenses, and that I am physically if not sufficiently, trained to participate in these walks and runs. I hold harmless Fleet Feet Sports PDX, Run Cascades LLC, and the coaches and the volunteer walk and run leaders harmless for any injuries encountered on my walk or run. I understand that Fleet Feet Sports PDX and the sponsors may subsequently use for publicity and promotion any pictures of me without obligation and liability for me. I understand this is a self-guided walk and run and that I am fully responsible for my own safety throughout the walk or run. I will walk or run on sidewalks when they are available and I will obey all traffic and pedestrian rules. Intending to be bound by the above waiver, I herby affix my signature.
