RUN-540 Maintenance Session #2

This is not an active group.

 

RUN-540 Maintenance Session #2 is designed to keep you in shape and maintain the distance you have already worked up to. You may also increase your distance during this program.

Where does the group meet?

The group meets at Reserve Avenue in the gravel lot beside the tennis courts.

What are the dates and times?

This program is 8 weeks long beginning April 24-June 18. 

Thursday evenings at 6:00 p.m. "Speed" workouts designed to improve your speed and there is also a "Run Only" option if you only want to focus on distance.
Saturday mornings at 7:30 a.m. long run days

What do the long run days look like?

The long runs will be geared to both the 10K and 1/2 marathon level runners. Everyone will start out together and will run "loops". You decide how many loops you want to run according to how many miles you need.

What pace groups are offered?

Walkers (10K distance only)
Intervals (avg. 12-13 pace)
9-10 Pace
10-11 Pace
11-12 Pace
12-13 Pace
