Summer 2017 Beat the Heat, Summerville

Stay in shape through the heat of the summer with our 6-week training program that includes: 

*Run Specifc Workout every Wednesday at 6:30pm

Each week, we will focus on everything from running form to how to perfect efficiency through certain run drills and workouts.

*Crosstraining Workout every Saturday at 7:00am

 Saturdays will be a full-body workout to effectively stregthen the run muscles and their supporting muscle groups.

You'll also receive:

  • Weekly email with tips, weekly workout options and more!
  • Closed group page on Facebook with unlimited access to our coaches and the rest of the Beat the Heat community!

Cost: $65

We'll hold an information meeting in the store on Wednesday, May 31st at 6:00 p.m. at Fleet Feet Sports Summerville.

Schedule Update Our first training session together will be held on Tuesday, June 6 at 6:30pm at the store due to The Big Run 5K held on Wednesday, June 7.
