2017 Summer Standard 10K

We are excited to announce our Summer 2017 Standard 10K training program! Join Fleet Feet and our sponsor, NUUN, for this 10-week program designed for individuals who can run at least three miles and would like to be part of a team and coached to run a full 10K.  This program is also ideal for people who have run before and want to keep fit during the summer without blowing yourself up. It is truly built for someone who wants to be able to run a full 10K and this program will have speed workouts in it. There will only be one track for this team: standard, meaning you should be able to run 3 miles and you are running 15-18 miles a week on your own. You will be training to run the 10K Summer Sizzler Race on August 13th, 2017. 

Join our program and receive:
