Middle School Cross Country Camp

Fleet Feet Sports' 8-week, non-competitive, conditioning camp will get kids ready for middle school cross country & other sports this fall. Camp meets twice weekly during July and August, and introduces the fundamentals of form and speed development in a non-competitive environment through creative drills and a gradual building of running endurance to 30 minutes. This program is designed for students entering the 6th, 7th, or 8th grades in Fall 2017, and the focus is on fun!

Program includes:

  • Camp T-Shirt
  • 16 Coached group sessions of interactive games to get kids moving & build an endurance base
  • Training Plan includes two weekly group sessions, plus one additional workout plan
  • Upon registration, receive special discounted coupons for running essentials to get started on the right foot
