This is not an active group.

Building on the success of our Winter Bridge program, Caroline will help you ACTIVATE your training and take it further through weekly strength conditioning classes. Basically, come prepared to sweat, tone up your core muscles, and feel like a badass.

PROGRAM DETAILS
5 weeks: April 2 - 30

Sunday Strength Conditioning
- Coached by Caroline
- 9:30 - 10:30 am practice at Fleet Feet Sports
- High intensity strength interval training

Registration & Pricing
- $50 program fee for Spring Distance participants
- Limited to 20 participants, first opportunity for Spring Distance
