DECU Glow Run No Boundaries II 5K 2017

This is not an active group.

Our group is for those who are able to run 3 miles with minimal walking. Our goal is to improve form and pace for a 5K graduation race. We have two group workouts and provide two homework assignments per week. We will also give information regarding many topics such as: hydration, nutrition, good running form, preventing injuries, proper gear, and more. We will have guest speakers and demonstrations. Plus, you will have the comraderie of others just like you! Come join us...running changes everything!
