2017 Core Strength for Runners - April 2017

NEW!  Our Core Strength For Runners Class has been extended to 6 weeks!!

This six-week program is designed to educate runners about the importance of a strong core while teaching participants key core exercises that can be incorporated into weekly training routines. Each class will begin with discussing key muscle groups and how they relate to strong, efficient running, followed by a demonstration of exercises. The remainder of the class will be a workout utilizing exercises reviewed.  More challenging moves will be introduced as the class progresses.

This class has a maximum size of 15.  Exercise mat is required.
