Dare to Be...FIT!

If you liked our beginner NoBo programs, you will LOVE Dare to Be FIT! This program combines beginner running and walking with weight management and nutrition, as well as strength and conditioning. We are looking at total wellness this spring and we are here to help you meet your goals. If you are new to Fleet Feet Sports' programs, this is a great starting point to get active and learn how small changes can have lasting results. If you are getting back into your groove, we can point you in the right direction. There is something for everyone in this program!

 

The Three Components of Dare to Be FIT are:

RunFIT/WalkFIT are interval training programs for beginner runners and walkers and those who are looking to become more efficient at 5k training.

HealthFIT will teach you about healthy habits, weight management, and nutrition.

StrengthFIT will focus on the importance of core strength in an exercise routine.

 

We want you to be the best version of yourself during our program and long after it is over! Join us to get the support you need for total wellness!
