Magnolia Meltdown 2017

This is not an active group.
This 12 week training program will prepare you for the Magnolia Meltdown 10k or Half Marathon on May 6th. We will have pacers and coaches to allow you to run with others your pace. We will have informative sessions on subjects such as nutrition, gear, injury prevention and running form.
