Supported Runs - Spring

This is not an active group.
This is for those looking for supported Saturday runs. What you get: a fully supported course each Saturday with several water/NUUN stops that are usually 6-10 miles in length and a group to run with that are anywhere between fast walking to 7:30 minutes per mile. This option does NOT include coaching, swag, or 1-on-1 help with your training. We will meet at Fleet Feet in the Quarry every week with the exception of the first Saturday of every month where we will meet at Whole Foods at the Vinyard.
