2017 Spring Yoga (2:30PM)

Yoga is for every BODY! Join us in Brentwood on Sundays beginning August 27th at 2:30pm.  You'll experience a 60 minute yoga session focusing on areas that can most benefit runners. This is a 10 week program. 

 

**NOTE: There is no class on Sunday September 3rd in observance of Labor Day weekend.
