Spring 2017 Half Marathon Program

Join Fleet Feet Sports to train for a Spring Half Marathon. Our coaches and mentors will help prepare runners of all abilities to run a the Spring Half Marathon of your choosing. A brief sampling of races available are as follows (a more comprehensive list will be provided by the coach at the info meeting): The One America 500 Mini Marathon on May 6th; Michigan Shores Half Marathon on May 7th; Chicagoland Spring Marathon and Half Marathon (Date TBD). Program Includes: *13-14 week training schedule *On site coaching from certified running coaches *Weekly coached group runs *Weekly interval training *Team support and encouragement *Top quality technical running shirt *Weekly educational clinics by coaches and doctors *Free injury screenings provided by sponsored doctors throughout program *Participant only, in store discounts *Post run snacks and refreshments (Saturday only) *Emailed advice and support by certified coaches *Free extended educational clinics
