The No Boundaries Training Program is a 8 week program which meets two times a week. This program focuses on beginners, but all levels of runners and run/walkers are welcome! This program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K or can help existing walker/runners meet new performance goals. This program will educate on hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, choosing the right gear and avoiding injury. You can do this!

The WalkFIT Program is a 8 week program which meets two times a week. We are inviting people who want to be walkers but are starting with NOTHING, people who only run when chased, people who are always beset by injury, people who think those running folks are crazy and people who are 10% curious about what this is all about to join us! The WalkFit Program caters to walkers of all levels, abilities, sizes and types to partake in a structured program with the camaraderie and the support to help you cross the finish line of a 5K.
