Fleet Feet Wichita 5K Training + Wichita Run 5K Race

Our Spring No Boundaries training program is designed for beginner runners and walkers who have little or no experience and for who want to train for a 5K event. This 10 week program starts on Saturday January 21st and will be a starting point on your journey to fitness. We will have several tracts that will be inclusive of all individuals, based on fitness level and desired pace. One group will focus on a gradual walk/run schedule (this group will be split with some of the group starting at a higher interval and pace), while the other group will be a walking only group. We offer three weekly workouts, Mondays from our East Store (6pm), Wednesdays from our West Store (6pm), and Saturdays at 7:30am (location varies). We will prepare for the Wichita Run 5K on April 1st, 2017. Your No Boundaries registration includes the 10 week organized group walks/runs AND your goal race entry to the Wichita Run 5K. You also receive clinics focusing and nutrition and injuries, a shirt to train in as well as exclusive deals to Fleet Feet Wichita. First workout will be Saturday January 21st at our West Store 7:30am. Early Bird Registration for Winter No Boundaries is $75 (This includes your goal race)
