2017 Baker's Dozen Half Marathon Training Program

10-week half marathon program with goal race of Montclair Bread Company's Baker's Dozen 13.1. Maximum participants - 75. Program is good for beginners and for those who are looking to improve their race times. Runners must be currently running 3-4 miles consistently 3-4 x's weekly. Due to course closures/restrictions, runners must be able to run a 14 minute/mile or faster.
