Spring 2017 Half and Full Marathon Training Group

The Half and Full Marathon Training Program is a 14 week program, which meets twice a week for runs There is also an option to add strength training to your program, which will meet once a week (the strength program is 12 weeks long and is an additional $55) and is designed to prepare runners for a half or full marathon. Whether a seasoned veteran is looking to meet a new goal or it's a first ever endurance event, this program will help you meet your goal. The program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. We welcome run/walkers in our Half Marathon program!
