Winter/Spring 2017 Half and Full Marathon Training!

Welcome to the Winter/Spring 2017 Half and Full Marathon program! During this 12 week program we will meet two times a week (Wednesday at 6:30PM/Saturday at 8AM) to train for the Capital City Marathon and Half Marathon on May 21, 2017 (Sunday). Your program will include: A daily calendar with recommended runs and workouts, training technical tee shirt, monthly physical therapy support, nutrition clinic, injury prevention clinic, weekly emails with planned routes and race day strategy, two supported group runs with mentors and coach per week (water, nutrition included), Fleet Feet Bonney Lake "gear up" week with discount, and more!
