No Boundaries I - Spring 2017

Get into shape with our No Boundaries training program. The benefits of exercise are many, with the most important being: improved cardiovascular health, improved bone health, improved mood and better coordination. Sign up today to run or walk your first 5k and commit to making a life change!

The training schedule is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5k in 10 weeks. The program focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. Along the way we'll be providing you with the motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, and weekly group training runs or walks.

Q&A Sessions: Thurs. Feb 9th at 5:00pm & 5:30pm.  This open-to-all discussion will be followed by a Open Group Walk/Run at 6:00pm.

Orientation Week: Join us the week before training starts for a Gear Up Night Thu 02.23 at 5:30 pm. Learn about what you'll need for the training program and earn special discounts just for training program members.

Workouts: Tues at 6:00 PM and Sat at 9:00 AM starting the week of February 27

Target Race: LEAP 5K on May 6

Cost: Early Bird Pricing $85 (through 2/13 with promo code EARLYBIRD) & Regular Pricing $95

Participants Receive: Detailed weekly training schedule, guidance and advice from experienced coaches, weekly group training runs, information sessions about proper running form, hydration, nutrition, etc., team technical t-shirt.
