Full Marathon - Winter 2016

The goal of the Long Distance training program is to help runners achieve their long distance running goals in a positive and fun group atmosphere. This is a 12 week program for a full marathon designed for people currently able to run 12-13 miles.

Q&A Sessions: Thu. Nov 3, 2016 at 5:30pm.  This open-to-all discussion will be followed by a Open Group Walk/Run at 6:00pm-

Workouts: Tue at 6:00pm, Sat at 7:00am starting the week of Nov. 8

Target Race:  Big Beach Marathon, Sun. January 29, 2017

Cost: $150

Participants Receive: A complete 12 week, detailed training schedule, guidance and advice from experienced coaches, weekly group training runs, information sessions about proper running form, hydration, nutrition, etc., technical t-shirt
