2017 Spring Half Marathon Training

Is running or walking a half marathon on your bucket list? Would you like to train with the best training group around? Or, are you looking to get that PR on your next half? If so, this is THE year to cross that off your list! Join us at Fleet Feet Sports for the largest group training in the Nashville area! From the time you register to train with us until race day, you will get all the training you need to physically and mentally to take on the 13.1 miles.

 

Beginning Saturday, January 14, 2017, we will meet on Saturdays at 7:00 a.m. for training runs. Fluids and mapped routes will be provided as well as pacers. Training locations will include Fleet Feet Sports Brentwood, Fleet Feet Sports Green Hills, Franklin, Cool Springs and various parts of the race course. This is a beginner/intermediate/advanced training program. Participants must be able to run or run/walk interval 3 miles by the start of the program. All registered participants will receive a half marathon training schedule (specific to the April 29th St. Jude Rock and Roll Half Marathon), weekly emails, tech shirt, and injury screenings from Results Physiotherapy. Cost is $100.

NOTE: St. Jude Rock and Roll Half Marathon race registration is NOT included in your training fee.
