2017 Spring Marathon Training

Is running a full marathon on your bucket list? Would you like to train with the best training group around? Or, are you looking to get that PR on your next marathon?  If so, this is THE year to cross that off your list! Join us at Fleet Feet Sports for the largest group training in the Nashville area! From the time you register to train with us until race day, you will get all the training you need to physically and mentally to take on the 26.2 miles. Beginning Saturday, January 14th, we will meet on Saturdays at 7:00 a.m. for training runs. Fluids and mapped routes will be provided as well as pacers. Training locations will include Fleet Feet Sports Brentwood, Fleet Feet Sports Green Hills, Franklin, Cool Springs, various parts of the race course and other Nashville locations. This is an intermediate/advanced training program. Participants must be able to run 10 miles by the start of the program on January 14, 2017. All registered participants will receive a marathon training schedule (specific to the April 29th St. Jude Rock and Roll Marathon), weekly emails, tech shirt, massage discounts and injury screenings from Results Physiotherapy. Cost is $125.

NOTE: St. Jude Rock and Roll Full Marathon race registration is NOT included in your training fee.
