2016 No Boundaries Second Step 8K Training Program

Take the next step in your training. Learn to run or run/walk farther or faster as you master the 5 mile distance. This 8-week program is for those who are new to the 8k distance, or for someone looking for more intensity in their training. We'll start at 2 miles and will work up to 5 miles. Our goal race is the Ashenfelter 8k on Thanksgiving Day. (The race is optional and the race fee is not included in Fleet Feet's program fee).  

The group will meet twice weekly for training:  Tuesdays at 6:30pm at Verona Park and on Saturdays at 8:00am at Fleet Feet Sports Montclair.  Participants will also receive weekly training "homework" to help them advance through the program.
