Our Half Marathon Training is a 12 week coached running program that is proven to help you build your endurance. It is an advanced distance training program for runners and walkers. This program will prepare you to run or walk a half or full marathon in 12 weeks in an effective and safe manner. Our half marathon program offers a wide range of pace groups for various abilities. To be successful in our Half Marathon training, you must be able to run or walk 4-6 miles without struggling; otherwise, we highly recommend to register for our whole 18 weeks training COMBO for the No Boundaries. Click HERE to register for our COMBO (12K&Half Training.) Must be able to run or run/walk a 5k while maintaining a 15 min/mile. Must be 16 to participant on your own. Children ages 12 and up are welcome provided they are with a parent or guardian at all times. |
