Fall 2016 No Boundaries Run Your First 5K

This is a training class for beginning runners--or runners who haven't run in a while.

We'll start with a distance of 1 mile, at your own pace. We'll build endurance, increasing by no more than 10 percent a week, to train for the race distance of 3.1 miles.

Our goal race is a November 5K. We'll talk more about this in the group.  (Race fees are not included in the class fee.) We'll meet Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. for training runs.
