Trail Ultra Marathon Training - Fall 2016

This is not an active group.
We have some amazing vistas and trails in Los Angeles. Join us in exploring them as you tackle getting ready for the Chino Hills 30k and 50k. The Ultra Training Program targets runners who are currently comfortable doing a half marathon. Pace groups, speed/strength work, and specific training plans will enable those who are interested in pushing the distance and the pace to be ready in 16 weeks.
