Rev Up Your Miles: 10k/Half Marathon Training

Have you ever thought about increasing your mileage beyond a 5k? What if we told you that you can run a 10k or Half Marathon in a fun, social, and educational setting? The Fleet Feet Bonney Lake family launches it's first ever Rev Up Your Miles Training Program! Program Includes: Organized Group Runs, Training Plan, Technical Tee Shirt, Clinics on Race Day Topics, Product Demo, Coaching and Mentoring, and More! We are an all paces program! We ask that you be able to run 3 miles comfortably and at your own pace. If you are nervous or scared this is the perfect group for you! We are fun, laid back, casual and want to enjoy the sport of running! We emphasize injury free and fun running!
