NO BOUNDARIES SESSION #2: August 25 - October 15!

 

No Boundaries Information

Cost of No Boundaries is $60 and that includes 8 weeks of workouts (twice a week), newsletters, access to No Boundaries Coaches who can answer questions and develop training plans and more!  We do require that all No Boundaries participants be 18 or older.  After the first week the price will drop down by $5 each week.

Who is No Boundaries for?

Anyone who wants to incorporate running and walking into their lifestyle.  The workouts are NOT pace specific but have the goal of staying together as a group.  

Where and when do workouts take place?

All workouts for No Boundaries take place at Reserve Avenue Fields North, across the street from Carilion Clinic- 3 Riverside.  Thursday Evening workouts start at 6pm.  Saturday morning workouts start at 8am.  

Anyone is welcome to TEST DRIVE a No Boundaries workout for free before signing up.  Please check-in at the Fleet Feet Sports tent when you arrive.

How do I sign-up for No Boundaries?

Participants who register for No Boundaries at the start of the 8 week session will pay $60.  If you want to join, but have missed the start of the 8 weeks, you can still sign-up during the session for discounted price.  Week 7 the cost is $55, Week 6 the cost is $50, Week 5 the cost is $45, Week 4 the cost is $40, etc.

No Boundaries Session #3 (October 27 - December 17) - registration is not open yet

Can you tell me more about the No Boundaries Groups?

NOBO 1.0: Includes two groups (run/walk intervals and walking) and will be going 1-2 miles at workouts.  Perfect for those participants who are just getting started with running and walking!

NOBO 2.0: Includes two groups (run/walk intervals and walking) and will be going 2-3 miles at workouts.  Great for those who are starting the session able to do 1-2 miles!

NOBO 3.0: Includes three groups (running, run/walk intervals and walking) and will be going 3-6 miles at workouts.  Great for those who are currently running and walking 5Ks and want to maintain.

All Run/Walk Interval Groups will do the intervals Run for 2 minutes and Walk for 1 minute.

Any rules?

All No Boundaries participants must have identification with emergency contact information on them at all workouts

Earphones are NOT allowed at workouts

Participants must have a hydration system with them during all workouts.

Participants must stay with a No Boundaries Mentor at all times

No strollers at workouts.

No animals at workouts.

Do we do any races?

There are races throughout the year that Fleet Feet Sports sponsors and is actively involved with.  These races are goal events for all Fleet Feet Sports FITness Sessions.  Workouts will not happen on the day of the events, but instead participants will earn points for participating or volunteering at the races.  A current list of Fleet Feet Sports FITness goal events are:

Saturday, October 15: Salem Half Marathon & 8K (no workouts) 

Saturday, November 19: Star City Half Marathon & 10K (no workouts)

Thursday, November 24: Drumstick Dash 5K Run & Family Walk (no workouts)

Saturday, December 10: Jingle Bell 5K Run & Walk (no workouts)

What does the cost of No Boundaries go towards?

The registration fees go towards coaching staff, equipment, insurance and part of the registration goes back to the City of Roanoke to help maintain the Greenways and facilities that we use.
