Fall Half and Full Marathon Training Program

The Half and Full Marathon Training Program is a 14 week program, which meets twice a week for runs and a third day for strength training (strength training is only 12 weeks long) and is designed to prepare runners for a half or full marathon. 

Whether a seasoned veteran is looking to meet a new goal or it's a first ever endurance event, this program will help you meet your goal. The program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy.

We welcome run/walkers in our Half Marathon program!
