Come Train for a triathlon with us!

Fleet Feet Sports Spokane is excited to offer this introductry, quality based training program to women preparing for triathlon events in summer 2016.  This 6-week group is designed to help develop your fitness base, build strength and speed, and finish with confidence.  It will be coached by experienced Ironman triathlete, Nicki Lund and supported by knowledgable mentors .  Their experience and expertise, coupled with your hard work will help guide you to a strong finish whether it’s your first time completing a triathlon or you are targeting an age group PR.   The group will be limited to 30 female athletes.  Kickoff meeting will be held at Fleet Feet Sports Spokane on Wednesday, 6/22 at 6pm.

Tri 101 Training - $120

  • Training begins June 28th, 2016
  • 6 week training program delivered via Training Peaks
  • 1 clinic per week to develop triathlon specific skills. Clinics will be education and performance based.  Examples of clinics include (Intro to Triathlon, HR Based Training, Bike Handling Skills, Recovery Basics, Hill Repeats, Basis and Performance Nutrition, Swim Form, Open Water Swim (OWS) Techniques and Strategies, etc.)
  • 2 organized group training effort per week (focus on cycling and running)
