Have you completed a 5k? 10k? half-marathon? marathon? Crossed the finish line and yearn for more? Want to build strength, endurance and speed? This is the training group for you!!! The Hills and Drills summer speed series will meet on Thursday evenings at 6 pm. You will receive a training plan (complete with hill drills, tempo runs, speed work, etc.), One coached training session per week with a Boston Marathon runner, coaching on proper running form and training techniques, information on hydration, nutrition, cross training etc, and a group t-shirt. This is a great group to help prepare for the Bear!!!
