Ton of Fun is a year-long challenge for the Roanoke Valley to lose a TON of weight.  Our community goal is to lose 2,000 lbs in 2016.  To date, our Ton of Fun Program has lost 856 lbs!  Ton of Fun is more than losing weight; it is a program that provides the tools needed for you to live an active, healthy lifestyle.

Ton of Fun Information

Cost is $40 and that includes 8 weeks of meetings, newsletters, weigh-ins, access to Ton of Fun Coaches and an opportunity to earn $40 in Fleet Feet Bucks.  We do require that all Ton of Fun participants be 18 or older.  

Weekly Meetings

Weekly Ton of Fun meetings take place on Saturday Mornings at Fleet Feet Sports.  Doors open at 9am for weigh-ins and meetings start promptly at 9:30am and end at 10am.

How does it work?  How do I earn Fleet Feet Bucks?

At the first meeting of each session, participants will get their initial weigh-in (and this does count as an official weigh-in).  Based on that weight, we will provide two goals: 2% and 4% weight loss.  Each week, participants will weigh-in at the Saturday morning meetings.  If a participant cannot attend a Saturday morning meeting, they can come in DURING the week (week starts on Monday and ends on Saturday) to get their weigh-in.

When a participant weighs-in FIVE times and loses 2% of their initial weight, they will earn $20 in Fleet Feet Bucks.  In the final week, participants who lose 4% or more of their initial-weight will earn another $20 in Fleet Feet Bucks.
