Couch to 5K: No Boundaries 5K  Training - May 2016 Run/Walk

No Boundaries is a beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running and walking. While No Boundaries focuses on beginners, all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line in just 12 weeks! Along the way, we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you! The cost is only $75. Space is limited so don't wait!!

Options include:

5k Walking program, 5k beginner run/walk program, 5k advanced run/walk program, and a 5k run program

Information meeting will be held May 10th @ 6:45 PM

Practice begins May 17th, 2016 and will be held on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm and Saturday mornings at 7:00 am.

Graduation Race: 5k for Clay

*Fee does not include goal race entry fee*
