Jump-start your health with our safe, fun, coach-led 4-week walking/running program. The program includes a safe, guided training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment. This is a beginner walking or walk/run program but can also be used to get a little extra distance before our Couch to 5K program.

  • 4-week training schedule;
  • Coach-led workouts 2x weekly;
  • A weekly email with training tips, nutrition and other educational information;
  • Training gear;
  • Shopping Specials at Fleet Feet Sports; and more!

Spring: Starts Tuesday, April 26 @ 6PM and meets every Tuesday/Thursday at 6PM for 4 weeks at Appleton Memorial Park Family Ice Center, 1717 E Witzke Blvd, Appleton
