Trail Half Marathon Training - Spring 2016

This is not an active group.
Los Angeles is a vast area of concrete stretching for miles, but we also have some amazing vista's and trails in our own back yards. Our program targets runners and run/walkers who are currently comfortable doing road 10ks and half marathons. Our exceptional coaching staff will lead you in your training. Pace groups, speed/strength work, and specific training plans will enable anyone who is interested in getting started or want to improve their time on trail half marathons, to complete a race in 12 weeks.
