2016 Spring The RIM No Boundaries
Dates: March 5th - May 7th; every Wednesday 7PM and Saturday 7AM

We believe running is for everybody, so even if you have never run before and have never imagined running or walking in your future, this is the program for you. The No Boundaries series of training programs is designed to help people who are currently inactive get moving, and help those that have started, build on the goals they have already achieved. You will train with, and be supported by, a group of people that are in your position and striving for the same goals. The program has 4 training days a week, with two of those being fully supported sessions starting at the store. You will also have mentors providing motivation and guidance along the way to maximize your potential.
The 5K Program is perfect for:
- Beginning runners ready to learn how to build mileage safely up to a 5K in improve fitness
- Participants starting again after significant time off from exercise
- People just looking to get moving and have fun!
- This group starts with a 1 min run/2 minute walk interval for 1 mile
The goal race for this training is Jon's Run 5k or any summer 5k.
