No Boundaries I - Spring 2016

Get into shape with our No Boundaries training program. The benefits of exercise are many, with the most important being: improved cardiovascular health, improved bone health, improved mood and better coordination. Sign up today to run or walk your first 5k and commit to making a life change!

The training schedule is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5k in 10 weeks. The program focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. Along the way we'll be providing you with the motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, and weekly group training runs or walks.

Q&A Sessions: Thurs. February 11, 2016 at 5:00pm & 5:30pm.  This open-to-all discussion will be followed by a FREE Group Training Walk/Run at 6:00pm

Kick Off Week: Join us the week before the first training session to prepare for the program.

  • Gear Up Night/Orientation, Tue Feb 23 at 6:30 PM (Earn 1.5x Personal Reward Points during Gear Up Night!)
  • Good Form Running Clinic, Thurs Feb 25 at 5:30 PM

Workouts: Tues and Thurs at 6:00 PM starting March 1

Target Race: TBA

Cost: Early Bird Pricing $85 (through Feb 21) & Regular Pricing $95

Participants Receive: Detailed weekly training schedule, guidance and advice from experienced coaches, weekly group training runs, information sessions about proper running form, hydration, nutrition, etc., New Balance technical t-shirt
