Make It a Mile

Make It a Mile is a 4 week walking/running program designed to help beginners take the first steps to getting healthy by completing one mile. The program includes a safe, guided training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment. At the end of the 4 weeks, you'll be able to complete one mile with a healthy, happy, and strong feeling! We encourage participants to exercise at their own comfortable pace. Participants will have the added bonus of use of the Memorial Health and Lifestyle center before and after each practice!
