Join us for our public track workout. Looking to increase your speed and efficiency? Spice up your weekly fitness routine? Learn new drills to add to your track workout regiment? This is the night for you! We have opened our Speed Workout night to you for the first time ever! Join the Fleet Feet Sports coaching staff and Brooks Running & Feetures for a comprehensive track workout for ALL fitness levels. Brooks Running guru Matt will be on site with demo footwear of their newly released styles for your sampling. Dress for activity, grab a friend and get ready for some fun! Pre-registration is required.
