Thrills & Skills 10K April-May 2016

This course is a six-week intensive of track and hill training to improve skills and speed. Our goal race is the Hillsborough 10K on May 15. This group meets twice a week, on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. and on Saturdays at 7:30 a.m.

Please note that the race entry fee is not included in the class fee.

April 5 - May 15; $100

Please note that class size is limited to ensure individual attention to each runner.
