Run a 5K in 2016: Spring No Boundaries Class

This is a training class for beginning runners--or runners who haven't run in a while. We'll start with a distance of 1 mile, at your own pace. We'll build endurance, increasing by no more than 10 percent a week, to train for the race distance of 3.1 miles.

Our goal race is the Big Bear 5K in Menlo Park in May. (Race fees are not included in the class fee.) We'll meet Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. for training runs.

We call it No Boundaries because it's about breaking through any perceived barriers. What's stopping you from getting moving?

You can count on our experienced coaches and mentors to support and motivate you, while teaching you everything you need to know to be a smart and fit runner or walker.
