You can expect an organized, motivational program with access to your coaches and ample information.
We request that you sign up a few minutes early to find parking utilize the facilities and get prepared for the workout. Please be sure you have your coaches phone number programed into your phone in case of an emergency.
You can communicate with your coach through Fitvil or through our closed Facebook page. The training information will also be posted on Fitvil and Facebook, but other fun stuff is able to be posted as well, including pictures.
You can expect weekly emails reviewing the workouts, locations and other informational topics.
Coaches are available via email. We require you to follow the safety rules of the road. Please run against traffic. We will begin training in the dark hours on Wednesdays but as we continue into the spring our safety expectations will change. You must carry a phone (plastic bags help to prevent water damage, wear reflective gear, a light source for your front side (headlamp, knuckle lights, etc)and a led light on your back side. Fleet Feet provides water stations on Saturday runs and has nutrition samples.
We expect you to consistently show up for practice and be sure to do the other scheduled workouts. Please reach out at anytime for guidance and support. We created and amazing training manual, but please keep in mind "one size does not fit all". We are here and dedicated to help guide you through the 12 weeks of training and through any "bumps" in the road.
