Spring 2016 No Boundaries

Our Spring No Boundaries training program is designed for beginner runners and walkers who have little or no experience and for who want to train for a 5km event. This twelve week program starts on Saturday February 13th and will be a starting point on your journey to fitness. We will have several tracts that will be inclusive of all individuals, based on fitness level and desired pace. One group will focus on a gradual walk/run schedule (this group will be split with some of the group starting at a higher interval and pace), while the other group will be a walking only group. We offer five weekly workouts, Mondays and Wednesdays at our East Store (6pm), Tuesdays and Thursdays at our West Store (6pm), and Saturdays at 7:30am (location varies). We will prepare for the Prairie Fire 5K on 05/01/2016. Your No Boundaries registration will include the 12 week organized group walks/runs, clinics focusing and nutrition and injuries, a technical shirt to train in as well as exclusive deals to Fleet Feet Wichita. First workout will be Saturday February 13th at our West Store at 7:30am. Attend an info meeting to learn more: Wednesday February 10th West Store 6pm. Registration is $75.
