Spring The PRoject (advanced half/full) Training

This program starts on January 9th and ends on April 8th.

Our Half and Full PRoject marathon training programs will focus on the needs of those wanting an advanced training program.  The PRoject is hosted by Fleet Feet Sports and produced by Joe Sulak of Peak Fitness.  If you have participated in a half or full marathon training program before and are ready to take your training to the next level, then this is the program for you.  One-on-one coaching, three to four practices a week, clinics with experts, a piece of logoed apparel, 10% off in-store purchases, and more are included in the program.  Our program will begin Janary 9th.  We will have training packet pick-up and a social meet and greet run on Wednsday January 6th at 7pm to kick off the season.  This program will introduce you to new training tools that will set you up for a PR finish at the Carnival of Venice Half, Eugene OR Half/Full, or any other spring/summer race you plan to train for.
