Spring 2016 Bridge Run 10K Training Program - Mount Pleasant

The 10K (6.2 miles) training program is designed to further runners towards their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance. (All participants should be able to comfortably complete a 5k distance within one month prior to beginning this training.) It will include a tech shirt, education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve your performance.

Here are the details:

Information Meeting: Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at 6:30 pm at Fleet Feet Sports Mount Pleasant

Program Start Date: Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 6:30pm

Workouts: Tuesdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 8:00 am 

Race Date: April 2, 2016 - Cooper River Bridge Run 10K

Cost: $75 (does not include race fee)

 

As part of the Run10K training program, participants will receive the following:

  • A 10-week training program including group crosstraining
  • Dedicated support and individual attention from your Coach.
  • A custom technical tee.
  • Information clinics on topics such as proper footwear, injury prevention, and nutrition.
  • Free unlimited access to in-store Les Mills fitness classes
  • The camaraderie of others like you with the same goal!
