2016 Spring Half and Full Marathon Training

Dates: January 9th - April 8th; every Wednesday 7PM and Saturday 7AM

 

The Half and Full Marathon Training Program is a 12-14 week program which meets twice a week designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy.

The goal race for this training is the Carnival of Venice half marathon or any spring/summer half or full marathon.
